HOW TO SHOP ONLINE WITH US ... now and for Christmas 2024

Our weekly online shopping service continues (minimum £30) for more details please see our home delivery information page  - click here. This now includes the opportunity to get ahead and place your Christmas order, final deadline Wednesday 18th December.

Collection for local customers will be on Monday 23rd / Tuesday 24th December. Our Cheltenham delivery round will be on Monday 23rd December. It is helpful if you can pop a message over through our contact box here to let us know if the order you are placing is for Christmas week.


Our online shop is open for orders at anytime. We review these orders when our weekly ordering window closes at 6pm on Wednesday each week. Please click here for more information.

Orders over £30 will be delivered on Thursday within our local delivery zone. We are sorry but we are unable to deliver/courier outside of these zones. Orders for collection are available from 10am on Friday until 4pm on Saturday. If you need to make a collection outside of these hours, please do get in touch, we can arrange collection from our gate.

NEW CHELTENHAM DELIVERY ROUND DATES PUBLISHED HERE

There is much to choose from, imagine you are at Roots moving through the farm shop (that is how we group the products) but from the comfort of your own home, not wrapped up for the cold!

Selecting items (individually or by weight) you can click to find out more about the individual item or just 'Add to Cart' for speed. In the top right hand corner of your screen you will see a trolley icon that has a number counter of products as you add them. At any time you can click on this trolley to see what is in it, continue shopping or 'Make an Order'. Once you have entered your contact details and clicked 'Save and Continue' you will be transferred to 'Delivery Options'. Here you will need to choose to collect from Roots (collection is on either 23rd/24th to suit you, it is not specified) unless you have arranged to be in our Cheltenham delivery round (23rd December). Again, 'Save and Continue'.

The next screen asks you to 'Complete your Order' - click 'Place Order' and this takes you to the payment screen. Here you can choose to use a 'Paypal' account if you have one, or to pay on a debit/credit card if not.
