Malthouse Tin Loaf
**We will be opening the order book on the 2nd November for our next bake 5th/6th November**
Made by hand using the technique of long fermentation, this loaf is made with organic malted grain flour with added pumpkin, sunflower and linseeds for extra nuttiness. Some milk and butter adds to the softness of the crumb, a delicious family loaf good for sandwiches and toast, it also freezes well.
Ingredients; Organic malthouse flour, water, milk, butter, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, linseed, sea salt, yeast.
