Sourdough Rye Tin Loaf

Made with 100% organic rye flour from a local farm, this small (450g) loaf packs a punch in flavour. Made as a traditional 'Borodinsky' loaf with crushed coriander seed or as a modern loaf with fennel seed, pumpkin and linseed, it can be enjoyed freshly sliced or toasted. Served 'Danish' style, a slice topped with fish, eggs mayo, pâté or pickles, it is difficult to beat!
