How do I reserve a Christmas Tree?
To reserve a Christmas Tree, book online or visit us at Roots.

We recommend that trees spend a maximum of three weeks indoors. Trees require approximately 500ml of water per day and should not be positioned near a direct heat source.
Can my tree be delivered?
If you live in the immediate area around our farm shop, Worcester or Malvern, we can arrange delivery and collection a charge of £20. Deliveries will be made on Wednesday December 11th, collections on Wednesday January 8th.
When are the trees available for me to see?
Trees will be available to choose individually from Saturday 30th November and then throughout our opening hours from Thursday to Sunday between 10am - 4pm throughout December.
When do I get my deposit back?
A £10 deposit is INCLUDED in the price of your tree when it is reserved. This will be refunded when the tree is returned to us.

Returns can be made at any time until Wednesday 8th January. You must label your returned tree and leave it in our secure yard in order for your deposit to be returned. Trees that are not returned by this date will incur a late return fee of £20.
Can you choose a tree for me?
Please come along and choose your own tree! Over MANY years of Christmas tree selling we can tell you that EVERYONE has a different idea about Christmas tree perfection! If you book a tree online, the tree will be selected on height alone and will remain wrapped. If you pop along to Roots to choose a tree you can while away some very happy moments making a connection with the perfect tree for you.
Can I keep the Christmas tree I choose?
These special Christmas trees remain our property throughout the rental period and if they are not returned a further charge will apply. In making a reservation with us, the customer agrees to this charge.
