'Honey Roast' Salmon

The packs of honey roast salmon have been cut as rather large pieces (250g rather than which makes two very healthy portions, probably more like 3!). Gently flaked onto a hot or cold salad or mixed with a light mayonnaise and a dash of horseradish, the flavour is exceptional.
