A perfect joint for slow cooking to release the delicious flavour  of our slowly grown organic pork. 'Pot roasted' on a bed of vegetables and stock at a low temperature for 4-6 hours results in a soft comforting stew ideal for a latte autumn supper. Try adding a little cider and apple to sweeten the sauce - we often remove the joint at the end of cooking and blitz the remaining veg and juice to make a fabulous gravy.
